  • All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Orders will be shipped in discreet, plain boxes and will show “Shipping Department” as the sender, not “LuvEssentials”.
  • To further ensure your privacy, your credit card will be billed under the name of “Lodix Corp.”, not “LuvEssentials”.

  • U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First Class: FREE! (only available in the U.S.)
    (This service normally takes 3 to 4 business days for delivery in the U.S.)
  • FedEx Home Delivery*: $12.50
  • FedEx 2 Day: $22.00
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: $30.00
    Note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped by First Class Mail, and the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.* FedEx orders are shipped from our distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shipping Cost for International Orders

  • International Express Service: $ 32.00
    (We use FedEx International Priority which generally takes from 2 to 4 business days for delivery, but if the destination is not serviced by FedEx, we will use USPS Express Mail International which generally takes 7 to 15 business days for delivery. Delivery times also depend on how rapidly your country’s Customs Authorities process the parcel.)
  • Orders to Canada can be sent by:
    • FedEx International Priority: $28.00
      (This service normally takes from 1 to 3 business days for delivery; it depends on the City and Province of destination and how rapidly Canadian Customs process the parcel.)
    • USPS Express Mail International: $30.00
      (This service normally takes from 4 to 7 business days for delivery; it depends on how rapidly the Canadian Customs Authorities process the parcel.)
  • Orders to Mexico:
    • Mexican Customs Authorities have recently been charging very high import fees on parcels sent by FedEx International Priority (FEIP); therefore, all orders to Mexico are now being sent by USPS Express Mail International (EMI). The shipping cost for EMI to Mexico is higher than FEIP, but as a service to our customers we are charging the same fee as for FEIP, which is US$32.00.
  • Orders to Puerto Rico will be sent by USPS First Class Mail: $6.50
    (This service normally takes from 3 to 4 business days for delivery.)
  • Luvessentials.com assumes no responsibility for the clearing of the parcel through overseas Customs. Any import duty and/or taxes levied by the Customs Authorities in the foreign country are the sole responsibility of the customer (importer), and are not included in the price(s) of the product(s).

Shipping Details

  • All orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day; otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.
  • All orders will be shipped Monday through Friday. There are no FedEx deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent by either FedEx International Priority or USPS (U.S Postal Service) Express Mail International.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands will be sent by USPS First Class Mail.
  • Orders addressed to a PO Box in all US States, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands will be sent by USPS First Class Mail, and the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight orders shipped on Fridays will be delivered on Monday of the following week.
  • FedEx 2 Day orders shipped on Thursdays and Fridays will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday of the following week respectively.

What is the vomeronasal organ (VNO)?
